That sounds awesome! You know what the calorie and macro break down is for that?1 orange chibonai yougurt, 1 cup all white egg whites, 2 heaping scoops Synthepure, 1 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup milk, 1tbs of olive oil, and a hand full of ice.

Seriously?? It grinds meat that well? Thats bad ass!You can also use it to make burger. I'm not big on buying ground meat because you don't know what's in it. Buy a lean chunk of beef like London broil, cut into chunks and just pulse the blender until it's the texture you like.
