Appreciate all the feedback
I've rarely used artificial in the past
But now nonfat Greek yogurt and I make egg whites with some oatmeal or rice - I use it a ton more because I'm dieting down and these foods are easy on my system
And being older best to be safe ...it's a little too late sometimes AFTER you have issues and are like fuck shouldn't have taken that lightly
That monk fruit I looked on Amazon a ton of complaints from health conscious individuals saying the brands they carry have too much
Anyone recommend a brand I can research tia
