So I have been on and off using creatine for a while, one thing I realized is everytime I run a creatine blend with carbs/aminos like Gaspari Size On or MHP Dark Matter, why is the strength difference alot more noticable then just taking 5 grams of monohydrate or any other types of creatine. I realized there is a big big diff in workout performance taking these blends with carbs compared to just taking it alone.
I understand that it takes time for saturation, and with carbs/dextrose/waxy maize it reaches there quicker. But I've taken creatine for 6-8 weeks straight and the strength difference is not the same as taking something like Size On or Dark Matter in a 2-3 week time period. I thought creatine was just a myth and all you needed was 5 grams per day. When I was younger, I used to load with 10-15 grams of creapure alone, and even that did not compare to taking creatine with a carb blend in regards to workout performance.
