been here since the beginning... when we all came from renegade and rippedmass.. probodybuilding.com (black board) which was the first iteration of this forum... to now. i was 19 when i first got on the forums... 20-21 when i first got the UG and renegade..... now.. im closing in on 50.

@ ord .. Goran Crnila aka GYMACE was the king snitch and admin of SSB, I spoke to him in the website chat hours before the website went down and everything was announced, he said something weird about he would understand if someone rolled on him. a premonition for sure

i never understood how his board became so big... seemed like he and SSB just popped out of nowhere and became huge in 2005.

Boards are really useful. Wish I had utilized them years ago. The information is valuable between the nutritional information, workout tips and cycles help and advice. Alot of great information on forums

no idea, probably a forum owners dream for a while but often short lived , although not in our case here.

Renegade is the only other forum I remember before SSB

Here and Ulter's AF Board are the only ones I've learned much on outside of more dedicated coaching S&C oriented info. Been on boards since the late 1990s with a few hiatus so that really does say a lot.
