8 Week Cypionate Menu

Hello,

so i have completed multiple cycle's and so far they are working great so i thought i would share my findings :lightbulb:

the first cycle i ever did was an 8 week test cyp 583mg per week
it worked wonders

it basically consisted of test cyp at 250mg every 3 days with arimidex and a good pct plan

i have attached a pdf of the menu and an excel sheet of the day by day breakdown
