Can anyone recommend a good mp3 player? Mine died.

I am not a big Apple fan.. that being said just curious what people are using and loving.. my main concern is battery life and time between charges.. its been a very long time since I bought one and alot has changed.. also anyone tried the beats earbuds or can vouch for some good gym quality earbuds?

You really dont need an MP3 Player if you have any of the newer smartphones. Doesnt matter if its Apple, Android or Microsoft. They all have access to music. For headphones I just bought the Beats by Dre studio wireless and they are amazing in the gym.

IPOD shuffle. Cheap, long battery life, nothin fancy, can clip onto your collar so it won't get in the way.

I go thru ipods pretty quick. Either I break them with dumbbells or the ear jack wears out, but I always get them at Pawn Shops. Nothing like a good Apple Ipod Nano for $50 out the door.

ive had one for years and still going strong... god im scared to jinx it!

I have gone through tins of headphones during this time,i wish theylasted 1/5 as long.

currently using the in ear beats by dre, I find it funny I use a 40 doll mps and 150dollar headphones... lol!

I bought a sansa and it sucked.

Sony Walkman, half the price of the Apple, works just the same.

Sandisk Sansa CLIP - it's 40 bucks. I recommend Skullcandy earbuds. I have one of the first ones and it's been great and taken a beating.
