So I was cleaning out and I found factory sealed bottle of cardarine by primeval labs. But it expired in 2019 any good?

Hard to say. Try this, pop 25mgs and go for a 3 mile jog lol.

Just use it.... nothing really expires... except very few chemicals...

I’d be comfortable using it still after only 4 years past exp

As jaxino said, I wouldn't worry about an expiration date. If something is flavoured then sure but in most cases (especially this) you're fine.
