I am in a good routine now and training is going great. I hope to start training harder an harder. Not trained my lower back since injuring it but will start trying to strengthen it with light weight and smart training.
I am leaning out nicely but can tell I am slowly building muscle. I will increase my food as I want to pack on some big size over the next few months. Everything is going great. Although one interesting thing is I keep getting an itch in my inner leg etc. I believe this may be caused by the peptides as there is evidence to suggest a link. It's been really bad recently so I hope it stops soon.
