Just wanted to show the progress I have made on Phil's program in just under 3 months. It sucks being 6'3" but I'll get some arms at some point lol

Thanks man. Phil is doing everything lol. Im not on specific meal plans but Phil has me getting certain nutrient values with each meal and gave me a list of foods to choose from so that I can use them to make meals I like. Right now my weight is at 215lbs which seems small for 6'3" but I also have only 7" wrist so my bone structure is tiny for my height.

Im not taking anything for it yet. I just started tanning recently and I can already see it starting to clear so im gonna stick with that and see how it goes before doing anything else.
