Just do your research. Mike Arnolds protocol was great for me. Johnjuanb1 tweaked a few things for me and I grew like a weed.

I highly recommend finding a good source for GH. 6F has been testing very well and working great for me. Many will say to go with pharma. Also find out if you want to use log or R and how to use it

I was on the same boat, was a LHW. Started after the show to take advantage of post contest rebound, gained a legit 27lbs. Started at 197.2 day of show and hover around 226-229.

The show was Oct 24. AAS wise running 500 test e 400 mast e 200 tren e 75mgs drol. Added the drol when I was done with LR3.

BY FAR the best cycle I've done thanks to JJ1 protocol :headbang:

And you said 6f has been testing well.
Igf? Or just serum?
The reason I ask is because on another board serum go (with other brand) has been testing really high on serum (40+) but igf is very poor for exogenous hgh at dosages used.
