I figured Id post this here because it seems to be an issue when I squat. I use a pretty wide stance with my toes pointed slightly out. weather its 135 or 425 on my back I have trouble breaking parallel. My hips feel tight on the outside then I squat down. they dont seem to want to allow me to go much deeper than parallel. Can anyone recommend a solution?
