hey guys,
whats your favorite gh dosage/timing in off-season and why?
Mine would be : ( but i'm still not sure)
GH 10-15iu on workout days: 3 x 4 iu shots IM.
That would be breakfast, pre-workout, and couple of hours after workout.
Slin, fast acting (Humalog/Novorapid). 5-10iu 3x daily - With every gh shot, amount based on sensitivity.
Sub-q with breakfast and pre-workout, IM for the last shot after your workout.
Was thinking about 1 shot of gh only before workout like 12iu and slin stays same as above. But wouln't be better to pin GH always with slin?
