First time member here. I just got 5 bottles of humanofort. Should be interesting to see how it works for me. I used to take labrada humanogrowth since 2010 but now stopped taking that and just going to take humanofort by itself. I am 28 I have taken labrada humanogrowth since 2010 up until now. I know there was a little of humanofort in labarda like 100mgs in it. I know there was also LMR in it as well Lean muscle accelerator. I don't know if I should try to find another supplement that has that to combine with humanofort or just not do that and just use humanofort itself? I have never taken 200mgs of humanofort before so should be interesting to see what results I will notice. I do know that humanofort helped me sleep really well deep sleep and some other things as well when I was taking labrada humanogrowth. I have taken a break for awhile for using any supplements for about 2 weeks get my body a break. I figure I will slowly take humanofort maybe 4 days a week then 5 then to 6 see how that goes. I workout 5 to 6 days a week. Would it be best to take it only when working out days? And not take it on rest days?
