Hi guys . 225 guy sometimes 240 back sleep. I have developed buldging disk. Been sleeping on a firm foam bed.

Looking to change any advise out there?

Was thinking hybrid mid firm latex on top

My back is fucked, and I absolutely cannot do any sort of foam! Tried that when the wife wanted memory foam and a few others. I’d be miserable the next day. My back requires a hard mattress. My personal mattress is a Serta Tempurpedic “Celebration”.

Decades of back issues, but very firm mattresses give me the best sleep. Been looking at the latex ones. Plan on avoiding the man made materials due to the gases that plastics give off.

I’m following this thread. I’m 240lbs right now but even when I’m a little lighter I wake up and most mornings my back still hurts. I think a better mattress may help me a little.

Got recommended on a Stearns and Foster Reserve Firm Pillowtop. It stung paying for it, but it's amazing. 240lbs here.

Living in Phoenix I have found that sleepez.com has a showroom. Basically latex or latex hybrid and have organic. I'm trying to get there today and will update . Sleep is our best anabolic right.
I am on the firm team right now just wondering of being sometimes side sleeper is making my hips un aline causing the issue.

My back/ neck is mostly fused and I broke down and bought a Sleep Number bed. Best mattress for me by far !!
They aren't cheap by no means.
