I typically stay around the 215 weight, lean. Im going to start competing next year when I can get my total up to 1600. (my squat suffered due to a knee injury)
I would compete in the 198 weight division. Im playing around with my body to see what works best while I still have plenty of time to prepare for next year.
I started a keto diet and that is allowing me to shed the lbs (9 lbs in 5 days) but would like to see what you guys do
I dont know if keto is the best thing because it hinders my workouts with energy, stamina etc but thats why im playing around with it now.
when do you start to cut weight? and what regimen do you use?
i figure i should be able to gain most of the weight back in time for the meet as the weigh ins are a day before.
