So I've been using about 6.5iu split into two doses. 3.5iu in the morning 3iu at night preworkout. I started noticing increased HR and was harder to get to sleep and stay asleep.
Anyway, I didn't dose any yesterday or today. I've been pissing like no other. What seems like 10lbs. Funny thing is my face was not puffy nor was I bloated. Now my stomach is even flatter with the nonstop pissing.
I guess everyone responds differently but I can tell you that like you, yes I did hold water, however as far as sleeping, I slept much better taking a GH dose about 30 min before bed. The increased water did also increase my HR and BP as well as give me a flushed feeling at times (usually during workouts and rarely at bedtime).
When I stopped GH it was actually harder for me to sleep for a bit.
I need to work my way up on GH as added water retention spikes my BP hard. I'll go slow and use extra hctz for a period. Once acclimated I can drop to my usual dose of hctz and with good diet post BP as low as 100/70.

Been in Directs blue tops & recently bumped up to 10ius a day i’m experiencing identical sides. I can get to sleep easily but i’m waking up
4-5x a night & constantly pissing buckets all through the night. I’m not holding any extra water but feeling “ fuller” throughout the day. It’s just very odd the amount i’ve been pissing now since upping the dose. I feel i can’t drink enough water throughout the day, over 1 gallon.
