The girl in red beat you? Wow! Talk about fair and impartial judging.
Like gunny and others said you are really attractive with nice shape.
50mgs winny not a good idea. Again low dose var much better choice.
Arron baker used to do those goofy backwards frog hacks and I gave those a try. Never had glutes that sore from any other movement. Most people get excellent glute stimulation from squats. I'm a big squatter but more of a quad squatter. Good luck on next show. T

squats, heavy dead lifts and... the one exercise that hits my glutes like nothing else is weighted, overhead walking lunges. weighted lunges work too but OVERHEAD for me, makes a big difference. my ass gets SORE from these EVERY time.

2. You're trainer is an idiot, please never listen to him again.
3. I was hoping the 50mgs of whinny was a typo and you meant 5! Way too high! Once again, your trainer is a dumbass!
4. You were no where near 9% at your show, you would look more like a bodybuilder at that percentage.
5. At this point, especially for bikini, you can get where you want without using anything.
Your best bet would be to spend any money you were going to use for gear, or clen or fat burners and pay for a really good diet coach. I mean someone who is well known for success with people like you. Personally, I always suggest Shelby Starnes because he works wonders, and is one of the smartest guys in the industry. But, if you want to stick with bikini, maybe try the bombshell squad, or oddos angels or someone along those lines.
