I put this in HRT so we can get a better reange iscne those that are a little older and on HRT at least on and off might have a different perspective. I am looking for where you feel best. That could be subjective. I would think this would be where you can have few or best managed any side effects and still get good nutrient partitionion, ease of fat loss, fuller muscles, muscle tissue building. It would be great if you could qualift your answer like if you worked your way up to 6 iu over 3 years of use. Another example might be 2 iu for health effects such as antiaging. In such cases it would be good to know if it took some time to build to your dose or dial it in.
