this are the july 05' version. i was 178 with the lightheavies. i took 4th. i plan on being MUCH harder and drier in oct at the golds, and maxed out at 176. the picture quality is average. i tried to resize a few, but i dont have a clue.

Pics need to be much bigger - can't see anything in those.

Resize your pics and try and have some from pre-judging as well as the night show. If you want accurate advise the pics need to be good quality.

However going on what has been seen you are a shortie (me too i'm five foot two).
loks like condition was good in that solo pose but arms need to be bigger or repositioned to lessen the shoulders overpowering them.
big pics would be good!

well i know these are the right size.......

although i already posted them before this brilliant new forum was created. these were taken last sat. 8 weeks out from the golds nj. i was 191 if remember correctly. trying to make middleweight for oct 29.

These photos are much better!

Nice package, quads and delts particularly outstanding.

Work need on chest and biceps, if competing soon, have your posing
coach create a little illusion with them. Otherwise, make it your goal
to deepen and thicken that chest in the future as well as work on the biceps.

Quads and shoulders/v-taper are very good.

Everything else is nicely balanced.

You obviously need MUCH more size, but you have nice density already.

You have to be much leaner than your stage photos, especially from behind.

Regarding the side chest, I personally don't like it when there's a whole between the far arm and the stomach, as I beleive that makes the person look smaller.
I think the way Vander does his side chest in his thread, is the way to emphasise that pose.

The pics in post #6 are the easiest to evaluate, and the most recent. You appear to have good fullness and shape. Tightness would add a lot, but being eight weeks out, you're expected to be about where you are.

As far as the pics in post #9, I think your initial comment and another comment I read already made a good point. You need to come in tighter from the rear. The rear legs also need to have more balanced size to them.
