this is me the morning of the IFBB nationals here in Aust 2005 (Oct)
had dry oats after these pics then sipped on water at the show before going on stage and started to spill over a little. cost me the call outs i needed. i competed novice.

Looking towards the future, I would want to see you add on some
size specifically in two areas. Chest and hams

You probably know what you have to do to bring them up so I would
just say make them an area of focus for foreseeable future.

Your upper body is very strong in every aspect.
Your legs, especially calves, don't match. That is what is glaringly obvious to me.
If the lower body will be at the standard that your upper body is, you will do a lot of damage.

You were in good shape for a novice. Congratulations.
I agree with worldspan, more on your chest, calves and also your glute/ham area.
