These pictures are from last year. I am now training for Jr. Nationals this summer. I'm ~5'5" and weighed ~150#'s. I hope to weigh in a few pds heavier this year at competion. Currently about 187#'s. Any critisim would be appreciated.

Bro, were certainly looking good last year. You certainly belong in the sport and can look forward to a bright future.

Only body part I see as a problem in signifigant way are triceps. They are very week and would start placing a particular empasis on them. Im sure
you know what to do in that regard.

Good luck in current year and please don't compete every year. Take time off 2-3 years at some point to bulk up and put on some size but again you definetly belong in this sport.

Hey Bud,
Excellent contest prep'ing. Best part, IMHO, is quads, Super separation in the Quads, Bro. You have tremendous potential as a National Competitor. Weaknesses that I see are calves and Tri's. Looks like the triceps are long enough so that you should be able to put more mass on them. Great abs, Chest looks good in the pics, but hard to determine real pec thickness from the pics (no side shots).

Overall, I see you as having a good shot at a National Title. Over time you should be able to put on more mass and thickness, but your overall balance and symmetry is very nice!! Work those calves!

Each of your muscle groups looks strong, with the exception of your pecs. More depth is needed. I would put more emphasis on incline work (2/3 incline, 1/3 flat) and on the inner pecs (close-grip work).

Your back heads look particularly good, and are a point of emphasis in judging.

It is very difficult, if not impossible, to give a complete assessment when body parts are shown independently. It's a better idea to show full close-up shots as you would appear onstage.

you have achieved excellent condition, your quads, hams glutes, lats are great, maybe need to add some size to your pecs and arms to balance up your great width and depth at the lats. And as already said, catch up your calves to your thighs.
