i know, i know, my posing is awful....help! i was 199 in these pics, trying to get down to midwt. at least thats the plan.

Hey Bud,
Very nice Physique!! Good balance overall. If you want a critique, your lats are your weak point, at least from this Judge's standpoint. Try to work your a** off on your lower lats to get a much "longer" V taper to your torso. I think with that you will have nice symmetry. Great Biceps and quads. Work the calves in the next 9 weeks to balance with your quads. Lookes like you have fairly good straight abs coming in also.

You can do alot in 9 weeks. Good luck in your Show!

thanks for the good look.......what else can i do for my lower lats?? ive done straight arm pulldowns forever, and i just started doing incline seated rows. what else isolates that area>?
