Hey everyone just want to introduce myself and get some feedback. This is my 3rd year competing, I mainly do it for fun but obviously placing well is always a goal! 27 years old about 220lbs in these pics 11 weeks out. I know my main weaknesses are quad sweep, hams, and overall posing. Any feedback positive or negative is appreciated. I am doing a state level show NPC nat'l qualifier.

You're in excellent shape for 11 weeks out. Make sure you don't overdiet and lose muscle.

You have to learn how to pose as most of your poses are wrong. I beleive that is the reason why your legs don't look that good - you are not showing them properly at all. I bet that if you posed them properly, they would be in balance with the rest of the body.
 
thanks Big A. Yeah every year same thing happens, I "forget" how to pose properly. Usually at 6 weeks out I really start practicing hard so it should improve. And I agree on the overdieting, thats another thing that happens to me every year.

Your photos show a good potential for size and shape, especially considering you "... mainly do it for fun ..."

I concur with Big A's comments. Your posing probably does not allow you to appear as impressive as you could look.
