A Doubt on PENALIZATION!!!

Hi there, look I sent my pictures long back ago from the North Americans, this year I placed second in my category, so I won´t be competing in the NA. When i asked one of the judges here in Mexico to tell me what could be improved for the next contest, since it was 5 weeks from this event, he told me that my color was very dark, and that he did not like my hair style. Look my question is since the Mexican Bodybuilding federation follows the rules of the IFBB, well then judging must be similar, and the penalization too. Are PLATAFORMS allowed? Is a very small suit allowed? I mean one in which your bubs pop out and one that you eat from the back when you walk, (they do not know that bikini bite exists) Look I am sending you some pictures of this competitor and tell me if the IFBB penalizes this, I forgot How do you score when a girl has androgenic features?

What can I say. I agree with everything you said.

There's nothing wrong with your color or your hair.

And yes, the other girl should be penalised for having her tits and ass hanging out like that, but a lot of fitness judges are desperados and were probably drolling over her (little immature boys).

Thanks Big A for your answer, first let me tell you that from far you can tell that this girl got there very well prepared, shreded to the bones, dried like we say, I could have easily lost 3 kilograms (6 pounds aprox.)for this show, but then I was told that in figure is not like that. You could see it in her face, it is that you sacrifice the face for a shreded physique, does the face of a figure competitor plays an important role in a competition? Or it is just the physique that counts? I know it is not a beauty contest, but grace, personality, suits, make up, the way you walk and pose play an important role isn´t it? and then not talking about the androgenic features. Oh well!!! I am 4 weeks away from my next show, would it be a good idea to present myself like I said 6 pounds under? Thanks again for having a time to answer my post, I am sorry if I bother too much, look this is not my first competition actually and not to be arrogant, but this is the first time I get second hahaha! It is OK but then I get a little confused, and maybe I was very confident about my physique that I did not push harder for this show. You tell me. Read you soon!!!
PS: My hair is naturally curly, so there is no way I am going to have it straight, like someone suggested, so I appreciate you said is fine like that.
