I recently won a NPC national qualifier(overall winner). Im 44 and have been competing for 3 years (lifting for 30). Im already qualified for the masters nationals but would really like to compete in the open mens nationals while I still have a few productive years in me.
I would really appreciate some help to bring up the weak points. My conditioning has progressively improved with each competition and will continue to improve. In these pics I competed as lt hvy at 197 lbs at 5'9".
