I recently competed in the NPC Border States as my first ever competition. I was nervous as hell and my posing was horendous but I had a great experience and am planning on doing the Los Angeles in 08. Now that I have a few months to pack on a little new mass, what should be my priority? I competed as a lightweight but feel that my frame is too large for the lightweight class so how much weight should I really add? Thanks Judges.

YOU LOOK GREAT. LET THE WEIGHT COME ON NATURALLY, DO NOT TRY TO FORCE IT OR YOU WILL JUST GET FAT.

Thank's for the input Phil! Hopefully I can make it to the upper limits of the welterweight class next time around and still keep my bodyfat in check this winter.

Make sure you do not negelect your legs...you need to keep them on pace with your arms to maintain symmetry

Lats and legs, cool that's what I thought too but wanted some professional input. My arms are weird, they pretty much grow if I just look at a weight so I have really tried to just maintain them so the rest of me can catch up. All the imput is really appreciated, thanks for taking the time!
