Here are my pics from the NPC march show in phx arizona. I won the open light weight class and novice middle weight. I wont be competing in a year so im trying to put on some serious muscle. I want to come in as a middle weight next year. Please tell me my flaws.

Thanks phil. I just wanted some input. Im going to compete in the 09 LA open. I know the competition is fierce, but im gona put myself out there and see how i do!

hey Bro! I have to agree with what Phil says. You have a great look onstage. HOWEVER, if you really want to know my first impression when I looked at your pics is that you need more over thickness for your weightclass. You have plenty of time before your next competition to do that. Today, in all weightclasses, it is amazing at how thick (dense) some of the competitors are becoming.

Specifically, work on bringing up lower back and arms.

Also before next contest, bring up the execution of your poses, they need work.
