Sitting about 6 weeks out from my first Canadian Nationals. Diet has been tuff at times, but overall it has been very good! These pisture are at 222, but I'm a bit heavier than that right now. Just had to slow things down a bit and this has been the main concern as I can drop really fast!! I'm hoping to make a good showing this year...Fingers are crossed!!
