Last off-season was great since I'll be 11-13 lbs heavier.
I know I need to bring up my Hamstrings and delts. Any other advice? Be brutally honest.

Bro, Gotta say your overall balance is nice. Good symettry. What is hurting you is that you gotta get alot more muscle thickness/density. Especially for your height. Keep on gaining mass....you're still young and have alot of years to grow. Great conditioning! Nice front ab lines............Good look overall...
Your are right about your hams........delts aren't too bad and seem to match your other parts........just more SIZE, bro.....more SIZE.........
Hope this helps!
