Last week before comp.
I got a buddy competing this Sat. He's in amazing shape but probably around 6%. What should he be doing this last week to get vascular and water-free? He got to this size three weeks ago and just maintaining with diet.
No carbs? A couple glasses of water a day? Zero sodium? Cranberry juice?
Are winny and tren okay to keep taking through the competition?
