Hello guys i have been training for 6 years and i am 25 years old working as a chef here in amsterdam. i just got done with my first show a few weeks ago after a long 20 week diet i lost 22 kg i got on stage at 82 kg i am now back to 100kg stiil with abbs and lines in legs i had a lot of baby fat to get off i had a very hard time time the last few weeks of it did pretty much everything alone i was pleased but still not able to come in great shape plus there is something about my abb's they have a strang unclear shape local guru say's i might have torn the lower part of them?? any ways thank u for all response good or bad guys
