I know i need more size. i am working on that the best i can. have about 18 years of training of that more than 10 were natural.
Goals ride this wave as long as i can maybe win my weight class in something other than a tiny local show. I dont think i have any potential for anything in the nationals.
stats on stage these photos weighed in just under 177 am 5'10". at any rate hammer away and thank you for the responses good or bad. in the line up i am far right 215 tag number

hey Bro! You look cut but I wish you guys would post closer up photos. It is very hard to do a true assessment that far away. Post some where I can see the attachments up close and I will be glad to give a true assessment of your Physique.

Sorry for missing the response mike. i have some photos from 5 weeks out that might be better, but being limited in size to upload im not sure how any pic will turn out.
