Its been quite a while since I have been active on here. Figured if I made a log of training it would force me to take training a tad more serious once again.
Little bit of history in 2012 I was diagnosed with stage III liver cancer. I have been very fortunate enough to beat this. Early in 2014 I was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. Fortunately treatment is going very well allowing me to be extremely consistent in the gym.
Height - 5'11
Weight - 215
On TRT (prescribed) at 100MG per week.
Diet is much more to the seafood approach (see food/eat food). Only eating Organically sourced items. I try for 40+ grams of protein per meal and 30 grams of carbs.
Training is a 3 day hypertrophy split for a week followed by a three day power split for a week and repeated. One off day per week. Each day there is also a hour of BJJ and a hour of striking. Focus is transferring from lifting to MMA. (No intent to compete I just find it enjoyable).
