Need some solid experianced advice

Hey guys I'm a 26 y/o BB I have been training since I was 17 competed a few times naturally when I was 19 and 20. Lot of school after that so I'm just getting refocused on it now.

I really need some advice on how to gain more size, better nutrition and supplement advice.

Hx. I have done about 4 cycles for 12 weeks starting when I was 24 all test E500 and EQ300 a week, Im 225 now picture is about 218 I put on quite a few since then good weight. Im running 5 i.u HGH during my off cycle 2 days on 1 off. I also have been dabbling with insulin around 10.i.u post work out with 100g dex + whey and bcaa . I eat properly get my morning carbs never go catabolic and keep tons of lean protein on board 24/7 ( I wake up at 4am and slam a shake too just cause I wake up starving.)

I feel like I'm not knowledgable enough in my supplements and need good advice . Im willing to pay too for someone whos legit and can lead me in the right direction. Thank guys ~J:headbang:

Dude your taking gh and slin and your not even 250.
Save that stuff for later when u have no options.
You need to eat, and eat alot. U cant stay lean and get huge... SO leave that thought behind.

Supplements are supp-le-ment-ary... they arent d-i-e-t
They was no supps in the 70s
All u might need is preworkout and bcaa/protein if u insist

1. Drink alot of eggs
2. Drink alot of milk
3. Eat alottt of JIF pnut butter
4. RiceRoni $1 per box.... this is your carbs.. dextrose is for crossfitters

U wont believe any of this, but in 3-5 years ull remember it and say piss!

They are good trainers but at the level he is - he don't need them really, it's worthless to spend money for so called gurus to tell you to do the basics.

firstly you need to eat, of course lol the best option (at least for me when eating more than 3-4 meals) is having 3 meals and 3-4 shakes during the day, diet example:

5-6 whole eggs, oatmeal and banana or toast with butter
2 scoops whey/casein mix and a fruit/nuts
8oz fish or chicken with rice, olive oil on salad
again shake with fruit or nuts
8oz red meat or salmon with potatoes
shake before bed with fruit/nuts

pwo you can have another shake with simpe sugars
throw in some cheat meals pwo or weekends, higher overload carb days and you'll g2g

training,
cycle it...8-10 weeks of heavy low volume high intensity (DC, HIT etc) 2-4 weeks layoff another 8-10 weeks of higher volume doing a lot more sets pumping the blood into the muscle but not going to complete failure 2-4 cruise and start over again...do few cycles like this, this way you'll find what works better for you and stick to it and modify a bit over the time

supps,
many variables - for somone low test high anabolis while other does the opposite I would say stick to basics - higher test and moderate anabolic, this always worked well add hgh maybe an oral and you'll have very simple basic cycle which will work with no guessses
test (500 maybe?) with deca/npp or eq (400-600/week), hgh
