Hey guys I'm a 26 y/o BB I have been training since I was 17 competed a few times naturally when I was 19 and 20. Lot of school after that so I'm just getting refocused on it now.
I really need some advice on how to gain more size, better nutrition and supplement advice.
Hx. I have done about 4 cycles for 12 weeks starting when I was 24 all test E500 and EQ300 a week, Im 225 now picture is about 218 I put on quite a few since then good weight. Im running 5 i.u HGH during my off cycle 2 days on 1 off. I also have been dabbling with insulin around 10.i.u post work out with 100g dex + whey and bcaa . I eat properly get my morning carbs never go catabolic and keep tons of lean protein on board 24/7 ( I wake up at 4am and slam a shake too just cause I wake up starving.)
I feel like I'm not knowledgable enough in my supplements and need good advice . Im willing to pay too for someone whos legit and can lead me in the right direction. Thank guys ~J:headbang:
