All natural. I'm thinking about a var/winny or masteron prop/eq stack. I haven't done as in 6 years so my receptors are clean. Lemme know your thoughts.

Where did you learn to train like that from? Duck walks etc.. you must have a kinesiology/ athletic background.. cool routine though..
I was eating 3 times a day - about 120 grams of protein and 50 grams of carbs. I ended up at 141.6 lbs.
The last 4 days Ive increased my meals as follows:
8:45 am
Wal Mart Protein Shake with Milk - 55 grams of protein/20 grams of carbs
Morning Routine - hour cardio
11:45 am
Chicken/Turkey Wrap or Chicken Salad - 40 grams of protein/20 grams of carbs
2:45 pm
Wal Mart Protein Shake with Milk - 55 grams of protein/20 grams of carbs
Weights with Cardio - 1 hour - 1 pack of gummy fruits - 20 carbs
5:45 pm
Steak/Chicken/ or Pork Chop - 40 grams of Protein
8:45 pm
6 egg whites with Oysters/Crab Meat/Sardines - 30 grams of Protein - 30 grams of Protein/5 grams of Carbs
200 to 220 grams of Protein/85 grams of Carbs.
I weighed 143.8 this morning.
Im broke right now. When Im able, Ill switched Protein to ISOpure to reduce carbs.
I was an All-District and Honorable Mention All River Parish Running back in Louisiana. I ran a 4.52 40 yard dash at 13 years old.
I learned alot of my routine in prison. I trained with another football player in the parish. I trained my routine in Hunts. A boxer and friend taught me his routine in Work Released. The diet is mine.

And 120/50 p/c per day?? That's only about 700 calories / day. How long did u do that for?

Hehe he didn't say 'pillow biter'. Anyways, definitely lean as hell, but sounds like you gotta up the calories a LOT. And I'm guilty of the same, so not judging.Ha ha. im def not a gay guy if that's what u mean by an ankle biter. I graduated college a long time ago, lol. Naw, I was big in the past. In my early 20s, I benched 365 5 times and 425 lbs once at 200 - 210lbs. Karachi sust/polish omna and pink Thais...
