Today 9 weeks out from my next competition. Had a bit off a cold over christmas and had to lay off the gym for a bit. So I started back training yesterday.

Tried somthing different this time. Got off to a fast start cardio 7 mornings EW and weight training 6 days EW to get most of the fat off so I could do less cardio comeing into the show.

Protein : 450g
Carbs : 350g
fats : 50g

Stayed pretty lean this year for me anyway. Started at 250lb, I drop my high dose of test this week for prop. So should harden up quite a bit.
