Motivational thread... post your before/after pictures

Most of the time our motivation in the gym comes from others... if he/she was able to achieve that kind of change, there's no reason I can't do the same with my own body.

Myself I know that photos/vids of PM members have been a huge factor in my progresses over the last few years.

Some threads like the one I'm starting here already exist in the members photos forum (I personally had one I deleted awhile back), but none groups together the pics of different people.

If enough guys/gals post their before/after, I even think this should be a sticky everyone could take a look at when in need for a little boost.

Here we go!

Here I was 16. Started lifting a few months after. You'll all understand why...

WOW You came a long way! One pic is from high school, the pic is from bulking up to 237lbs. August'ish last year (yea I was tubby) and the third is a present, taken last week.
