18 weeks out and an intro

So I thought I would introduce myself and post pics up of Past and present. I have been lifting for 5 years... and competing on and off... I am trying for a show in oct going from 185 to 155. I started off at 117lbs I had to take an long off season break and become my fathers caretaker for 4 years but It was worth every moment. I believe he is in a better place now.. god knows waitting to yell at me from his great view on everything I do in heaven. lol love you dad!

anyways the first and second pic are me competing my first year in 2004 at 117 and then again in 2006 at 132...

the rest are now at 185( gained way to much!)haha at 5'4. thanks and leave your comments I don't mind any tips either. The more I can learn from!

You do have a lot of muscle. As Phil said a great shape for that size. I guess the only thing that you can do is trim down, start hitting the cardio and diet hard.

Tons of potential. Very interested in following your progress, definately keep us posted.

BTW, that is great that you took care of your father. Im sure it was very stressful and hard, but rewarding.

You have no idea how it modivates me to hear your thoughts. Really!!! And hear how supportive as well. Thank you Thank you Thank you. Most boards always bash me...blah.. I have no idea why either.... like female bodybuilding is so negitive as a sport.. I see it differently obviously. lol I will keep you guys updated without a doubt. This is a goal for me and a mission. The people in the small town I live in are all waitting to see me on stage again.... my dad would have wanted it too..
