I was chalenged by one of Shelbys clients to see if my guy could look better than him.............so here is a pic of the guy I am training at the moment standing in front of me......I snapped his pic.

The bicep shot looks great. I can't tell if it's the light or if this guy has split biceps without being dieted down to contest weight. I don't doubt that he is strong as a bull as well.
