My Changes over 4 years (nearing 5) of training.

I had hit my low in 2003-2004. Started training on my own in early-mid 2004..and finally opted to work with a trainer who happened to be a bodybuilder! Best decision I ever made.

Weight over time. I'm just shy of 5'9"
I was weighing over 200lbs in that 2003 pic...I know when I started the whole process I was about 25% body fat. From 2003/04-05', got down to 156lbs from over 200lbs!! That was my first competition weight. 06', competed in the upper 160's. 07' I weighed in at 188 at my first NPC show (Coastal USA). Last year, I weighed in at 208 in the Atlantic States...should have been closer to 200. And this year 215ish I would imagine.

I'll post more on dieting, etc.

Keith Rakestraw! Trained with him for a solid 4 years. He changed me so many times over....When I first met with him, I just wanted to get back in shape, after a few months he mentioned bodybuilding to me. We became like brothers through the process. Incredible guy and an incredible trainer.

Thanks man. The burn? a total mystery....lol. I'm sure i wasnt wearing a mask while in the pool..but I can't think of any other explanation!
