I am about 6'1ish 219lb 15% bf.

Planning to compete just wondering is it worth it at my level or will I just embarrass myself.

Yeah I was also edging towards getting my bf done at least to 10.

I agree with Pesty - getting your BF down to 10% would be a good start. Also, you may want to work on balancing the symmetry between your upper and lower body. Didn't get a look at the calves or the back. Could you post more pics?
I say go with it and treat it 1st and foremost as a learning experience regardless of the placing/outcome.

I also have to add that far to many guys don't compete because they are going to wait until they are "big enough" typically causing them to never step on stage. Get peeled and have fun.

20 weeks is plenty of time. I read your stats than opened your pics and you look good, actually a lot bigger then I thought.

Competing? Of course you should give it a try! You already display a good amount of muscle mass. The prep will a great learning experience.
