6,1 180lbs bf% don,t know ? gains are slow because have never really had good diet but i,m getting better. i,m running test c @ 400 a week thinking about adding maybe deca or eq or would it be better if i just up the test , this is 2nd cycle. Picture 014.jpg

Hey brotha, first off let me say your looking good. Great base.

I would get that diet figured out before bumping the test or adding any other compounds in. There is no reason you can't be 210+ at your current BF running 400mg/week.

I would shoot for 2-3lbs a month. That should keep fat gains fairly minimal. You are pretty tall. Good frame to fill out. There is no right answer here. If you feel like you are getting fat too quickly ease off the cals. But you should def be putting on at least 2lbs a month on cycle.
 
You look good, I think that you can still gain a lot more without adding anything, maybe just increase the cals a little bit. Focus on heavy compound movements.
 
Nice shape, small waist, good job..are you competing? just curious.
 
6'1" and 180

We didn't see your legs, but I bet if they were comparable to your upper body you'd be a whole lot more than 180lbs. A whole lot more. :)
