I wont say just yet what show im doing (although some of you will figure it out) But I will say, that im looking at doing 2 shows, and warm up show and then a bigger one...Im over 250lbs here, but not as lean as I normally would be...I took alot of the winter off, because of work and family, my weight during winter went down to about 230lbs or so (plus my conditioning went to crap)...but since about the middle of April, it has been pretty much training hard, and eating right...My strengh right now is just crazy, I was doing DC pin wheel curls today with the 100lbs d.b. for 6 reps each arm...On legs the other day, I was doing 720lbs hack squats for 15 reps, probably coudve done more if I wasnt going as low...Rows, presses are all on what I would call a national level strengh now...

thanks guys, I dont know if you guys know...But for the past few years I havnt been able to do rack deads or squats...and now for some reason (taking time out from the gym ?) I can do them without much pain...My lower back is fried (years of heavy rack deads as a kid) But now I can do them, not as much as I use to...But I think with them back in the program my back thickness will come up alot...

You got a ton of muscle and in 20 weeks, I can't even imagine how freaky you will look...let the journey begin Chris! You look solid at 20 weeks out, so it will be cool to see the prep as it comes along! Tear it up bro!
 
Chris, your thread makes me a little excited, who are you working under? you have 20 weeks? I have all sorts of Ideas in my head right now for you. we could put you on a 2- 2.5 month blast bulk then cut you up right now to bring you winning condition for your comp. your bodyfat is not even a factor.
