I have been eating plenty of food for the all of us
To be completely honest, I have been eating plenty of white rice, oatmeal, skim milk, PB, and other fun stuff too! The protein has stayed around 300-325 grams per day coming from beef, chicken, eggs, and protein shakes. It has been a month and half since I competed...my weight this evening was 190lbs up 20lbs from the competiton. Still a long, fun road ahead me to bring up my weaknesses and go at it again!
Training is going freaking great...feeling progressively strong with the weights, but been slacking on the cardio thing...I do it to help my hunger, but that is about the basis of it...not much right now!
Here is just a quick pic of me tonight, I know I need to smile more (at least that is what the wife tells me), but I enjoyed being so lean a month ago...just is not the same, but that is the name of the game! Also, a pic of me and the wife at a wedding last weekend...and I enjoyed some cake there too!
