lots to work on.. just keeping it in balance... This site, esp with Shelby's and your post with meredith have fired me up and want to have a realistic goal, look good and especially live a Healthy Lifestyle.. I don't think you reallize how much your post and so many members life You and Meredith's journey have impacted.

Not kissing ass or anything! No, man, I get to thinking everyone is saying, "this jackass really thinks he's something posting all this stuff", when the exact opposite is true.

The fact that we are all in this together, just doing the best we can on the journey is awesome to me. I am learning just how much little acts of kindness affect others lives. The impact of that comes back in what feels like a tidal wave. People on this board are wonderful and give to each other. Sometimes it helps us to make the right choices and become better people.

If I can help you at all with legs then I will. I'd ask for bicep help but I fear at this point I've done everything! lol

Alex, thanks.. But to be honest.. I realize how much i have been goofing off. especially in my diet knowledge.. I love going to the gym.. It's my Drug Of choice and my escape.. but just recently joining this site and others it has fired me up to get more involved in something that is a huge part of my lfiestyle. So i am soaking up all this knowledge that people like you, Shelby and JT (Which I think he learns from Meredith HA!) like a sponge...

I read your article and photo session in IRONMAN on vac. Great Job...

I started with Alex Azarian a little over a year ago. I haven't been this lean, since early 90's. I will post some more pictures with in a few weeks. Diet at our age, becomes a big factor.

Yea legs, seem to be Mine and about 90% of everyone elses problem to...
(In the Gyms anyway....not so much so here on the forum)
Have you trained them all along with as much effort and intensity as the upper body? My problem is No I havnt.

Thanks Bro.. Upper body has always responded quicker than legs.. and NO i Haven't taken them seriously.. But They Just advised of a WAKE UP CALL...Their free Ride is Over... Ha... join me bro... we can do it... I'm taking the My First time working legs approach... There is Too much info and experiance here to have any more excuses...
