I would take a nice photo of you and the family standing in front of your new place to show the folks that yes you were a IFBB pro, but you are a family man also and believe in family as well. So all are welcomed in your place. Wich converts to more $$$$ coming into your pplace.

I would go with the family pic as well.

Your physique will speak for itself and appeal to the bodybuilding crowd, while the general population who just wants to be fit will see that this is not some hardcore dungeon.

Best of both worlds really.

Here is a guy who owns a gym and can obviously give good advice, and guess what he has a family and seems approachable enough to ask for advice.

Though you could always go with the ass picture and say hey if you don't like my gym here it is.... kiss it.

i think the family pic is a good idea. I suppose it really depends on which way you are wanting to swing the gym. if your wanting a more hardcore feel and those type of people coming only then maybe a current pic in a vest or an old comp pic.

If its going to be more of a family gym then a family pic would go down very well.
