Hey, i thought you bodybuilders would enjoy some strongman vids from my comp, last saturday. I ended up taking first and qualified for nationals. Im gonna give it a shot, its on OCT 11th...... anyways heres some vids, i only have like 2.5 out of the 5 events. The deadlift vid is only the last 30 seconds. I ended up getting 11 and hand tore on my 12th rep.

nah no straps allowed, i wish lol, the axle ripped right out my hand onthe last rep, not to much you do for that lol.


i really wish i had my medlay and conans wheel on here, my camera wouldn't hold the vids because i need a new memory card
