My waist was an honest legitimate 28.5" right here. I truly can't thank him enough for this. I know that I must sound like a pain in the ass, in fact my ass starting to hurt from being such a pain.

But I am truly thankful for all he has done. When I do finally add the size to get back in there, I will know where to start to get where I want to be conditioning wise.

Thanks Mr. Cyp. We all have good and bad. One the one hand I have tiny bones, wide shoulders, wide back small hips, but my faults are my long limbs they are so hard to fill out, very hard, so the best we can do is work on those faults to try and bring them up to par.

Thanks Champ, I was exhausted! I think that I had a bad piece of sushi at the little place next to the hotel, Don't ever go there the Maguro was almost burgandy I don't know what I was thinking when I ate it at prejudging I was fine, but at the evening show I just wanted out.

It was an honor just to make the top five. I was 2lbs away from middleweight, had weigh-ins been Saturday morning I would have made the cut. Otis who won the middleweight class trains at my Gym, at the same time that I do and we always compare poses, so I would have felt comfortable in that class.

Never-the-less as you said it was a good learning experience. It was probably a blessing in disguise, because I should be a Lt. heavy not a middleweight at 5'-10" no matter how small boned I am.

So getting a good beating like this will make me bring up the arms and legs in the off-season.

Thanks again and sorry I didn't get a chance to say hi, I had a lot going on Saturday. Maybe I will stop in at the Ironman.
