OK, first time posting photos here.

Started lifting in 1997 at a whopping 132lbs!
Bulked up to 205 or so. First pics i have are from late 1999 so I am getting close to 10 years. I dieted down to 170 in 2000 and been up and down since then as life has gotten in the way.

Put together a few pics to see how they compare over the years.
Signed up to train with Phil Hernon about a year ago. Been following the workout most of the year and made good progress. To be fair I have only followed his diet about 1/3rd of the time yet I am 20lbs heavier and a little leaner. so the whole gain a little muscle, lose a little fat thing would work for me if I stuck to the diet.

OK, let me know what you think. I have been on and off over the years - stopped from 2002-2004. You can see the pic of 2004 in one of the shots.
Stopped being serious from 2005-2007.

Just wanna say again - im pleased with the progress i made on Phil's program over the last year but havne't really given it a fair chance as far as diet. When I have stuck to it it has been great! Def gotten thicker - which I had combined that with the diet! :)

You can deff tell you're gotten alot of size! Back width and arms have improved a TON..good job!
Just lisen to Phil 100%..he'll get you into the right place.
