Just wanted to say hi to everyone and thanks for all the support and encouragement. Im on cloud 9 right now as I have fulfilled my goal of becoming Mr. WV....which is all i ever wanted to do. I know, not a big deal to most but it is to me.

I want to thank each and every one of you for the kind words, support and encouragement that you guys have given me throughout my prep and offseason.

Just wanted to share some family pics with you guys since im sure your seeing me in my posing trunks by now. Im proud of my beautiful family...they are troopers for putting up with me.

Lol! Actually she did! And dinner, plus she really made it a great morning I think M got a pic of us on her camera, if she did have her shoot it to me in an email when you get back.

Chris you really have a beautiful family and those photos are so good they should be adopted by the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce. I challenge them to find models that are a better looking, portraying an extended family on vacation much less actual people who are on vacation.

Your a great guy Chris, but i know your family deserved the time with you.

Prepping for a show the way we do things is no easy task.. .. but the family always feels the effects of ones contest diet..... if you know what i mean.

I surely know how it is .. and nothing is better than making the prep count...... so the reward in the end is so much more worth it..
